k is for kite surfing – the south-west coast of france is renowned for its amazing conditions so get ready to play

n is for nights out – the french know how to party but remember that things don’t get going until later on in the evening, 10 pm is the start to an evening out. Bon soirree

y is for yoga – start the day with a sun salutation with our belle-vie yoga teacher, book a class with her before you leave on your adventure so you can salute the sun every day

z is for zoom – our vans take it easy but believe me your time in them will seem to zoom by, live in the moment and enjoy every minute
