 Booking Information

• 5% early bird booking discounts on reservations made online 4 months in advance for 7 days or more.
• 3% multiple week discount for bookings over one week.
• Dates are reserved with a 20% booking deposit  (5 days grace period for any bookings made online)
• Monthly payment plan options possible (see below).
• Occasional SPECIAL DEALS  available online.
• Transfer days flexible, typically Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays.
• A buy-back system possible for rental period over 3 months for budget european camper van trips.

Hire Information

1. Changeover days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday – contact us if you need more flexibility.
2. Mid week rates apply Monday pick up to Friday drop off, except during high season
3. Weekend rates apply Thursday or Friday pickup with Sunday or Monday drop off, except during high season
4. Collection of camper is from our base by the beach and lake in Biscarrosse (40600), Landes. We can arrange a discounted pick up and drop off from Bordeaux airport, train station (approximately 75€ each way) or Arcachon train station (approximately 30€ each way).
5. Optional extras can be added to your booking at any time prior to your departure. For bedding, towels, bikes and guide drivers we ask for a least a weeks notice
6. Driver must be over 23 and under 75 with a full EU/UK/Swiss driving licence. Other foreign licences excepted with a valid international drivers permit
7. Valid travel insurance is required by hire driver to cover personal injury caused by the hire driver, cancellation or theft of personal belongings.
8. Hire driver to sign a rental contract  and produce original licence, permit (if required) and a valid passport.
9. On collection of the camper, allow for one hour for an introduction and to complete the rental contract and any map planning or recommendations you would like. Allow for 15 minutes on return assuming all cleaning done prior to drop off. Our insurers demand we take a traceable (not cash) 1000€ vehicle hire deposit for combined insurance excess (650€), damage (200€), cleaning deposit (150€). We have found that this can be taken daily and refunded without incurring transaction fees via PayPal
